Most of our employees have a technical background in addition to their work in emergency services/the clinic and can thus combine concentrated expertise from both fields - the result is high-quality products from practice for practice!
Prototype Manufacturing
Own Workshop
In our own small workshop, which is equipped with various CO2 lasers, fiber lasers, 3D printers, and more in addition to regular tools, we develop and manufacture our products from concept to small series in-house. The short distances from the concept drawing through CAD to manufacturing allow us for quick iteration, and ideas can be tested and implemented easily and quickly.
Series Production

Large quantities
We produce large quantities after extensive product development, small and test series mostly in Asia. Here we have a large network of professional manufacturers in all areas of expertise (machine/tool construction, plastic processing, injection molding, textiles, medical products, PPE, food storage, etc.). Through carefully established and multiple redundant quality assurance and testing structures, we ensure the highest possible product safety and quality.
Laboratory testing & certification
Thorough examination
Already during product development, we pay attention to a careful selection of the raw materials and materials used. We collaborate with a variety of independent testing laboratories (depending on the type of product: QIMA, SGS, TÜV Süd, TÜV Rheinland) to ensure product safety as well as compliance for the European market. The type of respective testing procedures depends on the product itself. Depending on the product type/classification (medical device, PPE, products in contact with food, merchandise, clothing, ...), different testing and examination procedures are required. However, if there are no special requirements for a product, we check the materials used in any case according to the specifications of REACH (all chemicals and products placed on the market in the EU are checked for compliance with specified concentrations) as well as according to the ProdSG (national implementation of the EU Product Safety Directive, general product safety, conformity assessment, CE marking, market surveillance by authorities). After passing the product and material testing, the testing laboratory issues a certificate and a test report listing all applied testing procedures and the test results. As a result, the manufacturer declares the conformity of the product.
For products manufactured abroad on our behalf, we are registered—among other things (for medical devices)—in EUDAMED as an official medical device importer. This involves close coordination with and oversight by the market surveillance authority responsible for us.
Sustainability & Recycling
We also pay attention to resource conservation in shipping & packaging. As far as possible, we reuse shipping packaging and filling material multiple times and largely refrain from using plastic.
With this logo, we want to show that we are a customer of Der Grüne Punkt – Duales System Deutschland GmbH and that our sales packaging for Germany participates in the dual system Der Grüne Punkt.
